What’s the minimum quantity that can be ordered? 
Our minimum quantity of 7 pcs only applies for New Designs. If you order from our existing designs, there are no minimum order required.

Can I provide my own designs?
Our team can re-create any design you can think of, subject to copyright. All you need to do is give us brief of what you are looking for or send us a picture.  To order go to our Ordering page.

What is your payment terms?
Production of your order will not commence until a 50% deposit is paid, the balance is payable prior to dispatch. Your order will not be shipped until your account has been paid in full and cleared. As we promptly process all orders to production, deposits are non-refundable once a 24 hour period has elapsed.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Direct Deposit, PayPal, Visa, Amex & Mastercard. Credit Card and PayPal attracts a 3% surcharge.

What is your turnaround time?
Uniforms are made and delivered in 2 to 3 weeks time. Production times start the day after the the deposit has been received, excludes public holidays.

Do you provide us with a sample?
We provide a digital mock up of how the your item will look like. A physical samples in your design can be provided for an additional fee. The fee is non-refundable as samples are fully customised to your design. The fee is $150

Do you have a physical store I can visit?
To keep running costs affordable, we do not utilise a traditional shopfront. Our business is mainly and online store and unsuited for walk-in visitors.
